Privacy statement

The public website does not currently provide user accounts, a newsletter signup or a contact form. We therefore do not ask public visitors to submit personal data through the website.

Our hosting and infrastructure providers may process technical request data, such as IP address, browser information and logs, to operate and secure the website.

The protected admin area is only intended for the Fanventura administrator. Admin access uses authentication, MFA and audit logging. These controls are separate from public visitor use.

When you follow a link to a ticket, accommodation or transport provider, you leave Fanventura. That provider processes your subsequent activity under its own privacy policy.
